We just want to take this opportunity to tell you today, how much we appreciate you being employees and actually give you an opportunity to have a look inside the NYPD. Basically, they called us in to see some of the careers that is associated with the NYPD. And I think it's a really good experience. We are speaking to other officers or sergeants and asking them like things will read want to do in the future. And Getting information that we need to. For, if you want to become future in law enforcement. It's important for the Youth to understand that there are jobs within their community. And I think with the NYPD, they had no idea that there were over 200 civil service exams, and it's a way for them to get involved, learn about career, Pathways within the NYPD, and to create a future for themselves. And I think it's very good. That the kids get to come learn about the cadet program. Learn about the Explorers program, learn about all that. We're trying to do and also to invite them into a space. And normally, they wouldn't normally get to see, which is the New York City Police scattering. They took us to the gym and they showed us all the steps you have to do, and see how physically fit you have to be jst. It's obstacle course, that I just ran is very tough guy to take a breather. Got to be mentally and physically prepared for that. We want to engage them. We want to, we want them to learn about all the NYPD has to offer and hopefully as they go go. Go. Go on into the school year, they'll think about coming and work and a New York City Police Department.
