I am a dedicated person and thriving chef , organized and passionate about his work with attention to detail with sense of urgency . curious by nature and always in need of learning. I have 7 +years of experience as a chef and co-owner of several restaurants in Mexico, Baja California, and also im a executive chef in LA in LBMA , I grew up in Ecuador where the gastronomy is very diverse and elevated where I had experience training and working with some of my mentor who worked , trained in michelin kitchens. Ecuador my hometown country where I grew up and studied, gives me an advantage since I know a lot about the gastronomy of South America and its cultural diversity. Also at the great college where I studied and I was trained, which is world class, having teachers with the quality of French schools worldwide, awarded with grade "A" by the WACS. I consider myself a person with values and morals, with a high potential to work in partnership, I feel that I am a very capable to overcome due to my experience to lead if necessary.
