Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Capital Markets Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, market research, and property valuations to support commercial real estate transactions and investment decisions. This role involves analyzing lending opportunities, creating pitch decks, preparing financial models, and assisting in due diligence and transaction management process. The candidate should have strong proficiency in financial analysis, real estate market trends, creating offering memorandums and excellent Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed financial modeling and analysis of commercial real estate investments.
  • Conduct market research, comparable analysis and property valuations.
  • Assist in underwriting commercial real estate deals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for distribution.
  • Support due diligence processes and transaction management
  • Support senior capital markets bankers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
