Are you a dynamic, energetic, and well-presented professional with a talent for managing complex schedules, global travel, and high-level communication? Brahm, led by an accomplished founder and CEO, is seeking an Executive Assistant who embodies professionalism, adaptability, and a polished presence. This role requires a high level of energy, attention to detail, and the ability to support the CEO in a variety of settings, including corporate events and international engagements. Candidates should have all required paperwork for seamless travel to destinations including Canada, India, Spain, the United States, Brazil, Greece, and the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and communications, ensuring efficient time management.
• Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate intricate international travel arrangements, including destinations such as Dubai, the U.S., Canada, India, Spain, and more.
• Team Coordination & Delegation: Liaise with global teams, delegate tasks, and monitor project progress to ensure seamless execution.
• Event Representation: Attend corporate events and functions, presenting a polished and professional demeanor on behalf of the CEO.
• Communication & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve schedule changes, travel adjustments, and evolving executive needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Languages: Fluent in English (required); proficiency in Spanish or Indian languages is a plus but not essential.
• Time & Calendar Management: Proven ability to manage cross-timezone scheduling and anticipate needs.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, ERP, and CRM tools.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive correspondence and presentations.
• Cultural Sensitivity & Adaptability: Experience working across diverse cultures and international settings.
• Travel Preparedness: Valid documentation to travel internationally to Canada, India, Spain, the United States, Brazil, Greece, and the UAE.
Experience & Education:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years supporting C-level executives with international travel and scheduling.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Certifications (preferred): Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Professional Administrative Certificate of Excellence (PACE).
