We pride ourselves on being a community bistro that serves Levantine California cuisine, featuring small plates perfect for sharing. On busy nights, we serve between 150 and 350 covers, creating a lively and dynamic atmosphere. Our space is versatile, chic, and beautifully lit with an inviting bar, warm wood, plush seating, and an open patio.

You're a album cover. Okay. Hey. What's up? My name is Gabe Kennedy, chef partner of Checker Hall. My name is Carly Wolfe, the assistant general manager of Checker Hall. And Checker Hall is a vibrant Highland Park neighborhood restaurant. We consider ourselves a neighborhood bistro. We serve Levantine California cuisine, small plates, share. We do about 150 to 350 covers depending on the night, so we're looking for new team members to join the team. We're hiring all front of house positions, servers, bartenders, barbacks, server assistants, enthusiastic, experienced physicians. We want people who can hustle, who know how to sell, who know how to work hard, who know how to get the job done, and ideally can continue to lead by example.
