A message from one of the founders of Jennie Johnson's AI Job Search Platform.

Hey. I'm Kevin. I'm 1 of the cofounders of Jenny Johnson, the AI career coach platform. And so I wanted to send you a note for myself. I I listen to your messages. I read your emails and your questions and your concerns. And so I wanted to first, I wanted to introduce myself and let you know 1 of the people behind, this this service, and I want to do a little screen share and show you some of the features of the site maybe you have questions about using. And so let me let me go through a few points here, and then I'll open it up and you can respond back to me in any manner you feel, comfortable. You can respond back to this video, send me your own video, you can email me directly, however you wish. So let me go through a few points. 1st, we have our home page right here. This is where you can jump off and do a job search. Use any keywords, skills, titles that you want to search for a job, location. Right now, we have about 10, 000, 000 jobs listed on the site. We do a very deep dive into the internet, searching job boards, companies, careers pages, and trying to find every job out there that is available for you to apply for. Next, registration. Very simple. Email address, name, upload your resume. We're gonna use that to base our targeting for the emails that we send you with jobs. You can also paste in, any text. So if you don't have a resume, you can take your, you can take your your LinkedIn profile, paste it in there, and we're gonna base our search on that. You can then also update that profile at any time. You're going to get emails from us. These are jobs that we've targeted based on your profile. And again, you can update your profile at any time to hone this search. We are only basing this on relevancy. We are not taking any consideration of employer sponsorship. We're not working with the employers. They're not paying for these job postings. We are searching for every job out there regardless of sponsorship to give you every opportunity to look at. So in your email, you can click out to a job and look at the job details of that of of that job and decide if you want to apply. Let me show you how you can do that. If you click on a job from the email or from your search results on the site, you're gonna get to a page like this. This is our job details page, gives you an overview of the company and the summary of the job, takes a lot of the fluff out of these super long job postings, just gives you the details, and then what you'll see is our Power Applied. Power Applied is our method of lifting the veil, giving you all of the necessary links and tools to apply to this job. So what we ideally wanna do is give you the direct company careers page link to apply to the job. We also give you some of the job board links as well that you can apply through, but as you know, a lot of these job boards get hundreds if not thousands of applications per job and it's hard to stand out. So applying directly to the company is number 1. Secondly, networking links. We do a live search of the company and the job and find you key personnel within that company to reach out to. Human resources, hiring managers, here's the vice president of operations, the CEO. Send them notes on LinkedIn and let them know you're interested in the role. Express your interest, why you're why you think you're a good fit for the role. You're really gonna stand out. I I I'm certain of that. Additionally, we have our resume fit analysis. And so what that is is we take your resume and the job description, and we analyze where you might be a good fit for the role and why you might not be a good fit for the role. So you can take this data and decide, Do I even want to apply to the role? Or, if I do, how do I want to modify my approach or update my resume to make sure that I stand up and I hit on key points from that job description so that the employer or the hiring manager looks at my application. At that point, you can apply to the job, or you can run a resume job report or resume update, and I'm gonna show you what that entails. I ran a report right here, and so you can look at this report. What this does is it takes your resume and the job description, but it shows you what's missing from your resume compared to the job posting, gives you an overview of like the resume fit analysis of why you're a fit, why you might not be a fit, and so you can you can adjust your approach. Then it gives you an updated resume based on this job, and so you can take this resume and you can download it in a PDF or a Word document or a text file. If there's some wording in here that you don't like so much, you can download it, modify it, and save it, and use it to apply to the job. Here's some information of what we did to update your resume. We write a targeted cover letter that you can use to reach out to people at the company, a personalized email message to the employer that you can use, here's the job details, the company overview, and then interview questions. Based on your resume and the job description, we come up with questions that you likely would hear from the employer, probably things that they where they see or might have gaps in your experience compared to the job. This is what they likely would tell you. So you read over these, you're going to be well prepared for any conversation you have with them. And then, here's some questions you might want to ask during the interview. We take the company and the job description and your resume, and we come up with some interesting questions that'll show that you did your research on the company. And then at the bottom, we show you the application links and the networking links as well. We also show you some similar jobs that you can apply to and look at. Pricing. So building a profile, getting job alerts, searching on the site, all free. If you want to dive a little bit deeper with the free product, you do get limited views of the PowerPlay link analysis, the the networking links, the resume fit analysis. But if you're doing a deeper dive of a a job search, you're looking at multiple jobs a day, you're going to want to grab a subscription, I think, and what comes with that is more of those views of the PowerPlay links, and your resume updates. So you get 3 resume updates per month with the standard plan, 20 per month with the premium subscription. There is a there's a free trial, so sign up for 3 days, use all the tools, and decide if it's for you or or not. And if you just wanna get 1 single report that gives you the resume update and all the tools I just went through, you could just do a single report for $15. Don't just take my word for it. Here's our trust valid page. I link to it in all of our emails and on our site. A look what other people are saying. We haven't been around very long. The reviews have been great. Along with the reviews, people are in the inbox, such as yourself possibly, emailing us, asking questions. We have a whole team here answering those emails. I'm in it myself. It's it's Saturday right now, I'm hooked. I'm hooked on talking to candidates and working through their job search. Too many times in my career, I've just been dealing with the employers and trying to work on their behalf, and what I'm really trying to do here is flip the script. I'm trying to give all the tools that I can to the candidates, and what that is, in my experience, is getting you more direct routes to apply to the job and connect with the employer and stand out from the crowd, give you an updated resume quick and simple. The resume job report, the updated resume, those reports are going to be in you're going to run 1, and within minutes, you're going to get it back into your inbox, we're going to email it to you, and you have an updated resume to apply to the jobs. So, use our system, let me know if you have questions or concerns good, bad, or ugly. I'd love to hear it. So respond back to this video. You can screen share and show me your problems. I'm gonna I'm gonna respond back to them. Email me. Email support at Jenny Johnson, however you want to, and I'd love to hear from you. So, please, I hope you enjoy using the product.
