Hi. I'm Kevin. I'm 1 of the founders of Jenny Johnson, and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself first off, and 2nd, walk you through the Jenny product and services to let you know how you can utilize it to the fullest to assist you in your job search. So I'm going to jump right into it. 1st, we have our Jenny job. This is the homepage. You can go to the homepage, you can search for jobs at any given time. We have 10, 000, 000 jobs right now. We search every possible place where jobs could be listed. All job boards, so this is a combination of all the job boards. Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, all of the job boards, we take all of those roles and put them on our database as well as all the company careers pages. We search all of those to to bring them all together to 1 place where you can search jobs. So you can run a job search here, you can sign up, and you can build your profile here. And then once you build your profile, upload your resume, you will start getting email alerts from Jane Johnson. Here is 1 of my email alerts, so you'll get a daily job digest. You can update your preferences, your frequency. You can jump off and just do a job search on the site based on this. So here, this is jobs that are based on my profile, and so you can look through jobs here. Or we we try to find you the most targeted roles to your profile and send them to you based on your frequency. Daily, weekly, however you want to get them. So in this email, you can go, here's a job that I might be interested in, quality assurance associate. I'm going to get to this job. I can then view all the details of the job and then decide, do I want to apply for it? And now you're going to go through our Power Apply process. When you click Power Apply, we give you this pop up to just let you know how the process works. You can click to not show this again. What we're going to do is we're going to analyze your resume. So we'll take your resume and see how it matches up to this role specifically and let you know what's missing from your resume, what skills you do have or you don't have, so they let you know whether or not you want to apply to the role or you want to adjust your approach to talking to them. From here, you can then have us rewrite your resume, or you can then look at the application links. We give we do a live search and find the best places to apply to this job. You can apply to these job boards, but here's what you really should be looking for is the official careers page. That's where we suggest you apply to the jobs, so that it's a direct connection to them. You don't have a middleman of a job board, holding your application. Furthermore, networking links. We really try to find the best contacts at the company for you to reach out to directly. So along with applying through the careers page, you should also reach out to the key people at the company, people like HR managers, hiring managers. Here's Daniel Booker. He's the operations manager. He might be the hiring manager for this quality assurance role. You can get a feel for these contacts here and see who you want to reach out to. We even give you short little messages that you could use whenever you reach out to them. Next, we're going to do a resume update. So we might right here, I have an account, so I just ordered a resume rewrite for this job. So let's go look at these reports. This one's running right now. Behind the scenes, it is creating this report, and I'll show you an example here of what you're going to get. So for this role, we get some information about what's missing from my resume compared to the job listing, we give you a candidate overview, and then we rewrite your resume for you. You can then download it in a PDF or a Word document or a text version, and then modify it as you see fit. We give you the information here of what we did to update your resume, We write you a target cover letter for that role, a personalized email message you can use for the employer. Here's the details of the job, the company overview. Then we also give you interview questions you likely would, hear from the employer. So based on your resume and your experience and the job description, we really give you a deep analysis of what you can expect that employer to ask you during the interview, so you're fully prepared for any conversations you're gonna have. We also then do a deep dive and suggest questions you should ask the employer during an interview so that you can show the research you've done about the company and and really sound, intelligent with what you've done, what you've dove into to find out about the company and the role. And then, again, here are those application links and the networking links you can use and then the similar jobs. So that's a quick overview of Jenny signing up, getting an account, using the job search, using the Power App Links to better apply to a role. So this is just an initial video to introduce myself. You can respond back to this video, or email me at any time. Let me know if you have questions or concerns. I really want to give you every tool available to really help you stand out in the job search. We know that job market is very tight right now. Just applying to jobs through LinkedIn, Indeed, the other job boards, many of the times those applications get lost because they're piled up with hundreds of thousands of other applicants. You take these further steps by applying through the careers page, reaching out to companies directly through those contacts we give you, and modifying your resume for each application you send in, you're really gonna stand out and become successful in your job search and landing the role that you really want. So, again, reach out to me at any time, and I really wish you luck in your job search. Thanks.
