You’ll target state universities, private colleges, community colleges, and alumni services—offering bulk membership packages or white-label solutions that can be customized to align with the university’s branding or administration goals.
  • Workforce Development Agencies: Engage with government-funded Workforce Development Centers that support unemployed individuals, veterans, and job seekers. Work with Workforce Development Program Managers and Employment Service Directors at local, state, and federal levels to navigate government regulations, including geographic restrictions and other membership limitations, providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Corporate Placement Services: Partner with corporate HR departments and Talent Acquisition Teams, particularly those handling large-scale layoffs and employee outplacement. Build creative solutions, such as offering three-month memberships for transitioning employees, or other bespoke options to meet the needs of Fortune 500 companies, large healthcare systems, financial institutions, and manufacturing companies.

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in selling to University Career Services, Workforce Development Boards, or corporate HR departments handling outplacement.

And then once you build your profile, upload your resume, you will start getting email alerts from Jane Johnson. Here is 1 of my email alerts, so you'll get a daily job digest. You can update your preferences, your frequency. You can jump off and just do a job search on the site based on this. So here, this is jobs that are based on my profile, and so you can look through jobs here. Or we we try to find you the most targeted roles to your profile and send them to you based on your frequency. Daily, weekly, however you want to get them.
