BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a directly related field, 4 to 15 years of engineering related experience, a demonstrated interest in land development, water resources, or environmental engineering, professional experience using either AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or a similar design program, ability to meet project deadlines and budgets, and strong verbal and written communication skills to represent MacConnell & Associates, P.C. in a professional manner with clients. A Professional Engineer's license is required. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work closely with other Project Managers and other members of our team to establish project goals and deadlines. -Plan, design, and construction oversite of a variety of utility water and wastewater projects for municipal, industrial, and private clients. -Create site layouts, roadways, grading, erosion control and/or stormwater management system plans. -Develop exhibits, construction drawings and specifications for projects. -Perform basic engineering calculations. -Interact directly with public and private clients.

Job Description: Employee will be responsible for servicing and replacement of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. Equipment serviced will include residential split systems (conventional, heat pump, gas and electric heat), light commercial split and packaged systems (30-ton and down), water source heat pumps, exhaust fans, cooling towers and evaporative coolers.

Minimum Job Requirements :

5 consecutive years experience in air conditioning service

Punctual and aggressive work habits

Eagerness to learn and advance

Positive work ethic

Reliable transportation to and from corporate offices

Clear driving record

Pass drug test and background check



Required Tools : All necessary tools provided
