Responsibilities: * Lead and mentor a team of remote Customer Support Representatives. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure high performance and development. * Develop and implement customer support strategies and processes. Optimize workflows, streamline communication channels, and ensure consistent high-quality service delivery. * Manage and resolve complex customer issues. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively and ensure timely resolution. * Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement solutions to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. * Maintain a strong understanding of Jatto Internal Medicine Company's products and services. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements. * Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for customer support. Ensure information is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible to the team. * Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and team performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communication, Healthcare) or equivalent experience. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry. * Proven ability to build and lead high-performing remote teams. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Proficient in using customer support software and tools. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.     About the role:

    We are looking for an organized, dynamic, and highly motivated Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations and revenue operations of our LA-based studio located in Santa Monica. This role combines management and operational responsibilities to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for both our students and team. As Studio Manager, you will report to the CXO and work closely with the Studio and Teacher Training & Development teams to create a welcoming and inspiring environment, where both students and employees thrive. The Studio Manager plays a key role in maintaining the studio’s smooth operations, supporting the studio’s financial goals, and contributing to the growth and community of The Class.

     

    What you’ll do:

    • You will work from the LA studio and oversee day-to-day studio operations, ranging from cleaning and maintenance to equipment and supply management.

    • You will create and manage the studio schedule according to Class needs and budget requirements, ensuring adequate staff coverage for Classes, events, and other activities, covering shifts yourself as needed on a daily basis.

    • Monitor studio performance against revenue targets and maintain budget controls, ensuring expenses stay within the set budget.

    • Develop programs and sales training to increase studio revenue, profitability, and utilization, maintaining a 75% or higher attendance rate.

    • Hire, train, motivate, and manage a lean studio team of part-time front desk studio support while working closely with producers and teachers on the smooth coordination of the daily studio operations.

    • Collaborate with Marketing and assist the Partnership and Production teams with planning, marketing and executing promotional campaigns, including Class promotions, workshops, email campaigns, and special events.

    • Serve as the LA point person for retail sales, strategy execution, inventory replenishment, and visual merchandising.

    • Maintain a clean, well-organized, and welcoming environment for all students and team members.

    • Supervise the studio’s opening and closing procedures, ensuring all systems are securely managed.

    • Perform manual labor, such as lifting and cleaning mats, managing props and weights, and overseeing in-house laundry of towels.

    • Exemplify a love for excellent customer service, addressing any student concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.

    • Process payments, manage billing, and handle financial transactions in line with studio policies.

    Qualifications

    • Based in the vicinity of west side LA with a flexible schedule available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    • A passion for fitness, wellness, and creating a positive community atmosphere.

    • Ability to foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.

    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

    • Ability to work from the studio ~40 hours per week and occasionally manage events or workshops on weekends.

    • You have 3-5 years of experience in the wellness industry as a studio manager.

    • Proven experience managing studios and/or retail and leading sales team.

    • Strong computer proficiency (Google Drive, Excel, MBO, classpass, Homebase, Shopify, Slack, CRM systems, scheduling tools, etc.)

    • Experience managing an operating budget and being accountable to revenue targets.

    Additional Information

     

    The approximate salary range for this position is $65,000–$85,000. The exact salary offered may vary based on job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education and training, business needs, and market demands.

Your Mission

Develop and expand relationships with energy consulting firms, engineers, distributors, and commercial clients in high-demand industries like hotels, hospitals, and multi-family buildings.

Educate and sell – Be the expert who guides customers on how our thermal storage tanks and heat pumps optimize hot water systems, slash energy costs, and improve efficiency.

Drive strategic growth – Identify and target high-value customers in key markets to expand PowerPanel’s footprint.

Be the face of PowerPanel – Conduct on-site client meetings, attend industry events, and travel frequently to forge relationships and close deals.



What We’re Looking For

5+ years of sales experience in renewable energy, HVAC, heat pumps, or thermal storage.

Strong technical knowledge of energy-efficient hot water solutions.

Proven ability to develop and manage high-value accounts .

Existing connections in Florida, California, Hawaii, or the Caribbean? Huge plus!

A self-starter with exceptional communication and negotiation skills .

Willingness to travel extensively to key markets.
