We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our dynamic team. If you are committed to making a positive difference in children’s lives, we’d love to hear from you!
📝What will you be doing?
🔶Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
🔶Implement evidence-based interventions and behavior support strategies tailored to each child’s unique needs.
🔶Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and other support staff.
🔶Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
🔶Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments to treatment as needed.
🔶Stay current with ABA best practices and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
🎓Qualifications:
✔️Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
✔️Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
✔️Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
✔️Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
✔️Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to children and their families.
✔️Experience in supervising and training RBTs is a plus.
