This part-time Armed Guard position is located at the Aviation Support Facility (ASF) Olathe in Olathe Kansas. This position requires both internal and external patrols, must be able to work in all weather conditions and have the ability to physically inspect and patrol by foot all assigned areas. Persons in this position shall ensure that only those persons whose names appear on authorized access rosters are permitted to enter the aircraft hangar, reserve center, OMS facility, MEP areas, fuel storage facility, or the aircraft parking apron. This is not an all-inclusive job duty detail.
Schedule for this position:
Schedules can and will vary. Our schedules are set up in the following formats 12-hour shifts (0700-1900 and 1900-0700 on weekends), except for drill weekends (1600-1900) and 10-hour shifts (0700-1700) on all employee down days and holidays. Also will be used to cover other guards' leave/time off (can be 1700-2300 or overnights 2300-0700) do not usually include weekend overnights but has happened.

Minimum of 1 years experience working in an Aesthetic or Spa practice (Medical Spa, Plastic surgeon, Dermatology) IS REQUIRED!!!
Job Duties, Responsibilities and Capabilities :
* Greet patients
* Answer multi-line phone system
* Schedule patients
* Have full knowledge of products/services and have the ability to answer patient questions
* Conduct patient consultations
* Check patients in and out
* Responsible for accurate invoicing and payment collection
* Manage patient leads, and convert into appointments and sales
* Confirm patient appointments daily
* Educate patients on pre and post treatment instructions
* Create daily reports required by management
* Create daily payment collection reports and review merchant account reports to assure accuracy; resolve discrepancies
* Assist providers and staff with patient flow
* Assist with treatment room turnover/setup when needed
